SANTIAGO is an original Australian supernatural mystery series set in the fictional Queensland coastal town of Port Cooper.

When sixteen-year-old Addy and her family leave Los Angeles for Australia after inheriting a crumbling old seaside pub, she expects her life to change. She doesn’t expect the pub to be haunted, or to discover a mysterious white horse whose

heart-shaped marking mirrors a birthmark she has carried all her life.

As strange objects begin guiding her toward the town’s forgotten history, Addy is drawn into a centuries-old mystery involving drowned pirates, mermaids, an ancient amulet and a secret her own family has kept from her.

At the centre of it all is Santiago.

And somehow, he has been waiting for her.

 and it has already earned international recognition.

Since writing the pilot and beginning development of the series, the screenplay

has received awards, finalist placements and official selections in competitions across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
